A
DefaultCodeServerrooted at a nested code unit now returns revision manifests in the same capability-relative namespace as worktree manifests and file operations. Git gets an explicit rooted pathspec and no longer widens the request with--full-tree.Production evidence: the first real Mind small-Go headless session made the correct semantic edit and passed selected/full tests, but semantic projection and change publication failed because the revision manifest included the outer Mind repository while the worktree/mutation receipt contained
main.goonly. Cassette replay reproduced the false red.Validation:
go test ./codego test ./...(all packages passed except one local Git signing configuration failure inrunners/python; rerunning that exact test with commit/tag signing disabled passed)
